If you’re one of the millions of Dancing With the Stars fans who’ve loved every minute of Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough’s journey on Season 15 All-Stars, then there’s something you should know: Derek has been dancing for you all season, and only you.

After scoring 57 out of 60 on last night’s Season 15 Finals: Performance Show, Derek told E!, “This whole season we haven't been dancing for three people, we've been dancing for the viewers.” Of course, Derek is referring to the three judges, Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Len Goodman. The latter of which was still taking Shawn and Derek to task for breaking the rules in their repeat quickstep last night.

Referring to that dance in particular, Derek explained why they chose to do it again on such a crucial night, despite knowing that the judges wouldn’t reward the risks.

“That was one of [the fans’] favorite dances,” he explained, “so if that's what they want, that's what we're going to give them."

And we couldn’t be happier!

We’ll see if the fans pulled through for Derek as he has for them in tonight’s Season 15 Finals: Results Show.

Catch the Dancing With the Stars Season 15: All-Stars finale on Tuesday, November 27 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
