Nothing helps you forget the pain of haters like a needle digging into your flesh.

Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas had a rough week on Dancing With the Stars Season 15 All-Stars, but Mark celebrated their survival into Season 15, Week 4 by getting a new tattoo. Actually, based on the video he posted, it sounds like he just finished up getting the tattoo. He was three-quarters of the way finished last time and now it’s all done. He shared photos of his well-decorated right arm (and some really ripped abs — dang, Ballas!) tweeting his thanks to Mister Cartoon for a job well done.

He also tweeted that it was "Nice to be with the homies and forget the negatives,” adding, “Supporters.. Thanks you... Haters... Sticks & Stones.”

Yeah, sticks and stones may break your bones, but words have nothing on tattoo needles!
