Apolo Anton Ohno and Karina Smirnoff have surprisingly been stuck in the middle of the pack for much of Dancing With the Stars Season 15 All-Stars, but that changed on Week 6 when their gorgeous Viennese Waltz earned them a perfect score. But how did they turn things around?

"At the end of the day, we have one common goal — and that is to be the absolute best that we can be together on the show," Apolo explained to Access Hollywood, noting that while the pair did have a fight (which was shown during Monday's show), "we’re both strong enough and we both know how to persevere and basically give our best no matter what the obstacle or challenge."

Hey, Apolo didn't win an absurd pile of Olympic gold medals for nothing. The man knows how to get things done! Plus, Karina told Access Hollywood she thinks the fight actually helped she and Apolo connect. So in the long run, it was a plus.

Of course, as Sabrina Bryan's shocking elimination proved, even a perfect 30 doesn't guarantee you'll stay in the game. Hopefully Apolo and Karina will continue to be able to charm the audience as well as pull in high judges' scores as the season continues.
