Carrie Ann Inaba promised the judges were going to be stricter during Dancing With the Stars Season 15 All-Stars, and in the premiere they lived up to their word.

Len Goodman was grumpier than normal. Bruno Tonioli stayed in his seat most of the time. All three judges focused on all sorts of technical points. They made liberal use of the new half-point system. They definitely weren't letting people off easy.
