There’s a double elimination coming Tuesday on Dancing With the Stars Season 15 All-Stars Week 3. It’d be a really cool surprise twist if they announced Season 11 runners-up Kyle Massey and Lacey Schwimmer were entering the competition to replace one of the departing couples. That’s not likely to happen, but Kyle and Lacey will be dancing on the Week 3 Results Show.
Here are more things ABC says we can look forward to on Tuesday:
EXCLUSIVE ENCORE: In a one-hour special called Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars – An Exclusive Encore, airing from 8 to 9 p.m., ABC will recap Monday night’s performances as well as include new, exclusive, behind-the-scenes footage and never-before-seen interviews.
KARMIN PERFORMS: On the Results Show, from 9 to 10 p.m., the pop duo Karmin will perform “Hello” and “Brokenhearted,” from their debut album Hello.
FRANKIE, LACEY AND KYLE: Also performing Tuesday night is musician Frankie Moreno with a medley of “Tangerine Honey” and “Real Wild Child,” accompanied by DWTS pro troupe members, Lacey Schwimmer and Kyle Massey.
AT&T SPOTLIGHT PERFORMANCE: Tuesday night’s Results Show will also mark the season’s first AT&T Spotlight Performance, featuring Joshua Johnson. According to ABC, “Joshua, an ambitious young man from New York City, had always dreamt of going to college. But when his acceptance letter came from Penn State University, he realized he was never going to be able to afford it. His mother had lost her job years before and they had been living in shelters ever since. Josh decided he would raise the money he needed by tap dancing on the subway. He danced for hours, holding out his hat for donations. Eventually, he collected enough money to cover his freshman year of college. But to pay for future years, Josh would take a five-hour bus ride to New York every weekend and raise more money by tap dancing on the subway. Currently in his junior year at Penn State, he still travels to New York every weekend with the hope of raising enough money to get him through to graduation. Tuesday night, the ballroom welcomes Joshua and eight other dancers who will be dancing in a powerful piece by renowned choreographer JT Horenstein. The performance will be beautiful tribute to the people of New York, as Josh knows that without them he wouldn’t be in college.”
And then two couples will have to go home. Do you want to predict the losers now or wait until after Monday’s Performance Show?
