Chaz Bono wasn’t happy about being called an Ewok or a “cute little penguin,” and he’s really not happy about being told he’s going to die in four years because of his gender reassignment. The recently eliminated Dancing With the Stars Season 13 celeb is now demanding a retraction from the National Enquirer for its November 11 story headlined "Chaz Bono — ONLY 4 YEARS TO LIVE."

According to TMZ, the article quotes an “expert” who claims Chaz's weight, combined with the stress and medications associated with his gender reassignment, will "increase Chaz's risk of an early death" — and the doc predicts he'll die by 2015.

Chaz's lawyer is demanding a retraction and public apology, saying, "The salacious and inflammatory headline and article were crafted for the malicious purpose of discriminating against our client's gender and sexual orientation."

If the magazine doesn't retract the story, Team Chaz is going to sue. And we doubt Cher is going to stand by silently. When mama bear gets mad — look out!
