Sadly, Dancing With the Stars Season 14, Week 2 didn't have quite the same pizzazz as the extraordinary premiere. The bottom scores were actually lower than Week 1, though at least the best dancers still performed well above a Week 2 level.

Here are our picks for the four best and two worst dances of the week.

The Good

Katherine Jenkins & Mark Ballas — Jive to "Ain't Nothing Wrong With That” by Robert Randolph. Katherine proved that her success in Week 1 wasn't a fluke, earning 26 points once again for a Jive that was sexy and technically impressive, with tone and extension in her legs that was apparently unlike anything Carrie Ann Inaba has ever seen on the show.

Roshon Fegan & Chelsie Hightower — Quickstep to "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" by Good Charlotte. Roshon proved he has the chops to pull off a technically sound performance that still has his signature swagger. He earned 26 points!

Donald Driver & Peta Murgatroyd — Quickstep to "Stay the Night" by James Blunt. Donald earned one less point (24) than William Levy and Maria Menounos, but he scored higher in our hearts. What can we say, we just find this guy totally endearing, energetic, fun to watch, and his technique is good. Is he Hines Ward 2.0? Maybe.

William Levy & Cheryl Burke — Quickstep to "Nice Work If You Can Get It” by George Gershwin. Yeah, Len called this "good but not great," but you have to admit William is fun to watch. And not just because he's hot. 25 points!

The Not-So-Good

Martina Navratilova & Tony Dovolani — Jive to "Tell Her About It" by Billy Joel. One day, Tony will once again have a partner who he can take all the way to the finals. This season is almost certainly not that season. Martina tries very hard, we'll give her that, but this performance was just not up to par. Only 17 points.

Gladys Knight & Tristan MacManus — Quickstep to "Sir Duke" by Stevie Wonder. It seriously pains us to say this, because we love both Tristan and Gladys and were really impressed by them last week, but Gladys’s technique slipped this week, and it was reflected in her score of 19. Fortunately, we have a feeling this appealing team will stick around. Hopefully she can redeem herself next week.
