There’s no question that Dancing With the Stars Season 15 All-Stars contestant Kelly Monaco has a perfect body, but not everyone is born looking that toned and petite. So, how does Kelly stay so fit? We’ve got her diet secrets right here!

Back in 2009, Kelly told People Magazine that she sticks to a vegetarian diet and “mostly eats raw foods.”

“Every night it's a cobb salad with no meat, no cheese and no egg yolks," Kelly told the magazine. Although she admitted that she eats a bite-sized Snickers bar every day as a treat.

As for her fitness regimen, the 5’1”, 100 lbs. star says that she does 1,000 sit-ups a day. Whoa! We assume that’s in addition to a balanced cardio workout routine as well. Plus, doing DWTS can definitely burn a lot of fat!
