Maksim Chmerkovskiy won't be the sexiest 31-year-old alive for long. Pretty soon he'll be the sexiest 32-year-old — and if you have some money to spend, you could celebrate his b-day in the Big Apple.

The Dancing With the Stars pro's actual birthday is January 17th, but Dance With Me Studios is hosting a "Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Friends Ballroom Birthday Bash" on January 27th, 2012 at 8 p.m. at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. Ticket prices range from $75 for the second mezzanine to $200 for premium orchestra.
