Jimmy Kimmel doesn't like where this is going.

Tom Bergeron, our DWTS host with the most one-liners, will be on "The Late Shaft" episode of Castle tonight (April 12), playing a talk show host who mysteriously dies (no, that's not a spoiler) and Castle (played by Nathan Fillion) is convinced foul play was involved.

Talking about the show, which airs right after DWTS and an hour before Jimmy Kimmel Live on ABC, Jimmy Kimmel said it's a play on the current talk show wars. "The 12:30 host kills the 11:30 host, so it's kind of the opposite of Jay and Conan," he said. "But I have to wonder, why is my own network doing shows about any late-night talk show host being killed? To me that sends a bad message. Right? You know what. Let me tell you something..."

He marched over to a little sandcastle in the studio and stomped it, yelling, "Take that, Castle!" The crowd cheered. "They wouldn't do this to Oprah, that's all I'm saying."
