We’re sure Ryan Seacrest is thrilled. His girlfriend Julianne Hough will walk the Heart Truth Red Dress Collection show on February 9th in a custom-made gown from Swarovski.

The Fashion Week event is being held to raise awareness of women's heart disease. Other celebs walking in the show include Gayle King and Giuliana Rancic. Boyfriend Ryan, host of American Idol, will sadly not be in attendance.
