When asked about how she rated herself as a dancer, she replied, “It's not even on a scale! It needs a lot of work before it's on any scale!” She danced as a child, she said, but certainly not ballroom dancing. “Everything is out of my comfort zone because I've never done any of this before,” Lisa said, “But Gleb [Savchenko] is wonderful. He has a great sense of humor and we're having a lot of fun.”
Although Lisa says she is not setting out to “dominate” reality television, there’s no denying that her new stint as a contestant on Dancing With the Stars will be her third reality television gig. Lisa also just finished shooting Vanderpump Rules, which she describes as a totally different show than Housewives. “A lot of people think of me as some fluffy housewife,” she said, “but I work 12 hours a day and that's not featured much on the Housewives. There was drama, but it was so much different from Housewives. We showed what it was like running a restaurant.”
Of course no interview would be complete without questions about her adorable pooch Giggy. Responding to the suggestion that he’d better make an appearance on the show, Lisa replied, “He doesn't have any dancing shoes yet, but I'm sure I'll get him something!” Here's to seeing Giggy in a little tux and dancing shoes!
