Go ahead and do your little happy dance, cause Maks Chmerkovskiy is sticking around for Dancing With the Stars Season 13!

On July 13, DWTS pros/best buds Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Tony Dovolani were at the 2011 ESPY Awards — where they looked fiiine, by the way — and Hollyscoop finally got a definitive answer from Maks on whether he's coming back for the fall season, which starts September 19.

Hollyscoop: You did say that you were thinking twice about about returning this season, so are you going to return?

Maks: Yes.

Hollyscoop: You are?

Maks: Yes.

Hollyscoop: You decided you were going to come, even though...

Maks: There was a bit of a... special arrangement.

Tony said the “special arrangement” was that they have to open a new dance studio in Los Angeles — where DWTS is taped — and they are. The grand opening is probably going to be in two weeks.

Maks openly admits he was upset that he didn't win Season 12 with Kirstie Alley, but he seems ready to move on. When it comes to rumors about who'll dance on Season 13, Maks said he doesn't care if it's Dina Lohan or what — he doesn't participate in gossip. Tony says he just wants to be paired with someone who wants to be on the show. (Hear that, Wendy?)

Watch the full video and give Tony a round of applause from afar for deftly deflecting the question about whether they are supporting fellow DWTS pro — and Maks' ex-fiancee — Karina Smirnoff in her upcoming wedding. Tony blows off the Q and, instead, starts talking about Team USA’s awesome women's soccer team. Such a good BFF!
