Anyone else getting nervous about who will be doing Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars?

Mario Lopez helped put All-Stars in the public consciousness back in April when he blabbed about being asked to participate. But this week the Extra host and DWTS Season 3 runner-up not only shared with TV Guide that he’s not doing the show, he added a pretty haughty dismissal.

"I'm really busy, so I don't think I'll be able to do it,” Mario said. “I don't watch the show and didn't even watch when I was on it. My mom wanted me to do it."

Ouch. We were really looking forward to seeing Mario possibly re-team with Karina Smirnoff to make a real run for the Mirror Ball trophy. At this point, so many stars have expressed hesitation or unwillingness to return that we could either end up with a not-so-stellar group of “All-Stars” or ABC will have to shell out more money than expected to turn “no” into “yes.”

UPDATE: Mario tweeted that he "never" said he wouldn't do All-Stars, just that he's "extremely busy and doesn't know yet." So, there's still hope for Mario fans!
