The ballroom got a makeover inside and out for Dancing With the Stars Season 13. Peta Murgatroyd and Tristan MacManus were promoted from the six-dancer pro troupe introduced last season, and on the first Results Show of Season 13 three new pros were introduced to replace the two of them and Nicole Volynets, who did not return.

Joining returning pros Teddy Volynets, Kiki Nyemchek, and Oksana Dmytrenko are Daria Chesnokova, Sharna Burgess and Sasha Farber. Teddy says the caliber of the dance troupe has gone up tremendously and Sasha, in particular, “can do anything.” For the ladies, to put things in Spice Girls terms, Dasha is Ginger Spice, Oksana is Baby Spice and Sharna is Scary Spice. Or something.

Dasha Chesnokova
According to Pure DWTS, Daria, also known as “Dasha,” is Val Chmerkovskiy’s former dance partner from from 2008 until this year — so Val is really well taken care of on his first season, with his brother on one side and his former partner on the other. Dasha is also from the Ukraine, like Val and Maks. Dasha and Val have won many world dance titles together and have helped to teach at the Dance With Me Soho Studios in New York. Follow her @DashaChesnokova.

Sasha Farber
Sasha was an immediate stand-out during his debut — from his open shirt and cheeky comments to his amazing moves on the dance floor. As he put it, we can expect from him “flips, speed, charisma and, obviously, good looks." Awesome! Pure DWTS says Sasha was born in Russia, but moved to Australia when he was 13 and that’s when he started dancing. “By the time Sasha was 17, he had won the Australian Youth Latin Championships twice and represented Australia at the World Latin Championships,” the site reports. “He was featured in the closing ceremony at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and has danced several times on Dancing with the Stars in the past. He is most known for his role in the highly successful dance theatre production Burn The Floor. He has been described as an ‘explosively, energetic dancer.’” Check out his official page here and follow him @SashaFarber. Not to play favorites, but he is so our favorite.

Sharna Burgess
Sharna, like Sasha, is from Australia and she was also part of Burn The Floor. During the intro package, she was the described as the rock ‘n’ roll girl. Follow her @SharnaBurgess.
