Melissa Rycroft has good reason to be skeptical about The Bachelor process. She was Jason Mesnick's Chosen One back on Season 13, then he dumped her for the runner-up (his current wife, Molly).

Melissa bounced back fast, taking a last minute spot on Dancing With the Stars Season 8. Now she's back on DWTS Season 15 All-Stars — telling reporters she's not sure the Bachelor "process" can actually work, but she hopes it works for the new guy, Sean Lowe, since she knows him from her Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader days.

"He's a really great guy," Melissa told Zap2it. "He actually was dating one of the girls I was a cheerleader with, so I knew him back then. He's a really nice guy, I wish him luck."

Before going on The Bachelor, Melissa was on Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team. She cheered with the team from 2006-2007. Brooke Sorenson, Sean's ex-girlfriend, was on the team around the same time.

Dallas has given The Bachelor franchise a lot of attractive people to set up and let down over the years, including another Bachelor/DWTS crossover — Jake Pavelka. The Season 14 Bachelor and Season 10 DWTS contestant is also from Dallas. Do you think Sean will continue the mini tradition of Dallas rose-lovers hitting the dance floor after The Bachelor? Or should we save that spot for Arie Luyendyk, Jr.?

Catch a new episode of Dancing With the Stars Season 15: All-Stars on Monday, October 1 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
