Nancy Grace is going to be the new boss in town — or at least very bossy — on Dancing With the Stars Season 13, but in this little video, she introduces her Irish hunk of a partner, Tristan MacManus, who was bumped up this season from the DWTS pro troupe to a full-fledged pro.

"I met my partner today, Tristan from Ireland," Nancy says in the video. "He has competed all over the world, all the way to the world championship in Latvia. And now he's trying to teach me how to do the Cha-Cha."

However, we may have another Kate Gosselin on our hands. "He's pushing me around the ballroom dance floor like I'm a wheelbarrow," Nancy says of Tristan. Do you remember on DWTS Season 10 when Bruno Tonioli said it looked like Tony Dovolani was pushing a shopping cart around — the cart being Kate? Good times! Is a wheelbarrow an upgrade? Is it better if she's dissing herself before the judges even get a chance?

Anyway, we want to hear more from Tristan and his Irish accent. And we want to see more of those sexy tattoos on his right arm. He only gets one little line in the video and Nancy can't resist adding a challenge.

Tristan: "There's a new boss in town now."

Nancy: "So watch out, Maks!"

Oh, snap! Maksim Chmerkovskiy probably has to worry more about Nancy than Tristan (can you imagine if Maks and Nancy were paired up?), but we'll be keeping our eyes on Tristan. Maybe Maks should be more concerned that there is a new hunk in town!
