Yay for Samantha Harris! The former Dancing With the Stars host gave birth to her second daughter on Wednesday.

Hillary Madison Hess weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces, joining big sister Josselyn Sydney, 3, in the Harris/Hess family. Samantha is married to Michael Hess, who happily wasn’t that hurt by the birth. “It didn’t hurt me a bit!” hubby Michael Hess, quipped to ET.
