According to a source, Chelsea accompanied her One Tree Hill beau over the weekend as they dined at Stack Restaurant & Bar before heading over to the swanky 1OAK club at The Mirage. After a night of partying with friends (including One Tree Hill creator Mark Schwahn) in the VIP booth at the club, Chelsea was on hand to help Stephen blow out the candles on his extravagant Jean Phillippe birthday cake. Cute!
