Hey, remember last fall when everyone on Dancing With the Stars Season 13 was upset about something? That wasn’t fun. DWTS host Tom Bergeron just talked to TV Guide and basically gave an “everything is going to be all right” speech that hints to Season 14 being a much calmer, gentler season.

"There's no lightning rod! No one controversial, so everyone can stop freaking out!" Tom told TV Guide of the Season 14 cast, which includes TV favorites such as Little House on the Prairie’s Melissa Gilbert and Family Matters’ Jaleel White. "There was a real effort to evoke in our fans a feeling of nostalgia. It's a very feel-good season. There's a lot of charisma in this group, and I really like them. Within the office, I think there's a sense that it's gonna be a lot of fun.”

Tom said fans are going to warm to a lot of the contestants, and even he thinks sexy telenovela star William Levy is “about to pull a Gilles Marini and break out.” That’s something we’re definitely hoping to see too.
