It’s been a weird one, hasn’t it? Guess that’s why hotels skip the 13th floor. But at least Dancing With the Stars Season 13 should have a happy ending. And hey! There have been some fierce dances amidst the rest of the drama — but also some pretty poor performances. As we await the news of the Mirror Ball champs (plus two more dances tonight!), here are our picks for the five worst routines of fall 2011.

1. Ron Artest and Peta Murgatroyd, Cha-Cha-Cha
Bless his Metta World Peace-loving heart, but yikes. He had to dance first on the premiere and this wild, in-your-face routine to “Krazy” was a bit much for America to handle right out of the gate. Still love ya, buddy! (But we love Peta even more.)

2. Chaz Bono and Lacey Schwimmer, Rumba
It wasn’t his lowest-scoring dance, but between the not-exactly-romantic “Laugh At Me” song, the weird costumes and the fact that it was supposed to be a sexy Rumba, Chaz’s most memorable year dance was just … well, memorable, but not in a good way.

3. Nancy Grace and Tristan MacManus, Instant Jive
We love and miss them but, by Week 8, Nancy and Tristan should’ve been able to do more than this barely-recognizable-as-a-Jive Instant Jive. This was her second chance at doing the Jive and instead of it being her redemption dance it was her undoing.

4. David Arquette and Kym Johnson, Jive
It's tough to get a Jive right. (Stop making everybody look bad, J.R.!) Nancy wasn't the only one who struggled. Carson Kressley, Hope Solo and David Arquette also had a tough time. The judges always want to see high energy with lots of sharp "kicks and flicks" but all this routine had was the energy. If they didn't say this was a Jive we never would've guessed it. It left Len Goodman so distraught he he asked if it was time for Castle to start.

5. Team Tango
We were so rooting for Team Tango. J.R. and Karina, Nancy and Tristan and David and Kym? Love them all. This dance? Not so much. From the costumes to the tepid dancing, it was by far the weaker team dance. As Len put it “each one of the individual performances was a disaster.” Ouch.
