Val Chmerkovskiy is a passionate guy, and not exactly the type to hold back his feelings — kind of like another hot Chmerkovskiy we know. (Yep, talkin’ bout you, Sir Sleep!) It’s Finale Week for Dancing With the Stars All-Stars and, kind of like the last week of school, it can bring out a lot of emotion and nostalgia. All of the All-Stars have been tweeting thanks to fans and excitement for tonight’s Performance Show. Val tweeted a few notes over the weekend:

• “This has been such an overwhelming week for @kellymonaco1 and I for so many reasons.. #stressful #rewarding #bittersweet #dwts #finale

• “Lots of "firsts" for @kellymonaco1 and I this week, hopefully we'll leave a ‘lasting’ impression #thankful #grateful #teamvally

• “We may not be the ‘best,’ but were most certainly the most vulnerable and honest..That's what dancing is all about. What #dwts is all about.”

• “Monday you will see what @kellymonaco1 and I are all about #DWTS #goodnight

Val and Kelly Monaco have averaged the lowest scores among the final three, but you could argue they have been the most raw and emotional, on screen and off. Their sexy chemistry has been a major talking point all season, and they haven’t been doing any of the sweet pageant stuff, instead getting deep into character and giving how-it-is answers, even when it means standing up to the judges. Do you think that could hurt or help them in the end?

Catch a new episode of Dancing With the Stars Season 15: All-Stars on Monday, November 26 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
