Val Chmerkovskiy’s High-Waisted Pants: Hot or Not?

It's about time Val Chmerkovskiy stopped playing Skipper to Maksim Chmerkovskiy’s Barbie!

On Dancing With the Stars All-Stars, Val is now "Valentin" and he's enjoying a sexy partnership with talented Season 1 winner Kelly Monaco. She's by far his best match yet,and on last night's Season 15, Week 3: Performance we saw him really let loose with a powerful, masculine Paso Doble that took Team Vally to the top of the leaderboard.

To play the part of the matador, Val started the routine shirtless, with some high-waisted pants. They were part of his character, but some fans just weren’t into the high matador pants, finding them a little Grandpa cheesy.
