Aly Raisman may be a two-time Olympic gold medalist, but like everyone else on Dancing with The Stars, she's a bit of a fish out of water. Luckily for her, she has pro partner Mark Ballas to help guide her through the strange new world of dance steps and choreographed routines. But does she think things could go the other way — Could Mark learn gymnastics?

"Mark is an amazing dancer but not a gymnast," Aly told the Los Angeles Times. "I'm not even sure he can do a cartwheel! I'll have to give him some lessons."

His professional gymnastics future notwithstanding, Aly thinks Mark is "an amazing teacher. He always knows how to keep things fun, but at the same time, he can be tough and often pushes me so that I can improve."

Clearly though, there's more to becoming an unstoppable duo on Dancing than just having a good teacher. Some of it involves natural talent from the celebrity (apologies to Andy Dick). But a lot of it comes down to the innate chemistry between partners which, as Aly noted, she and Mark seem to have.

"Mark is also so funny and has a great personality. I guess I never expected us to become so close but we have! We are such great friends, and I am so happy that we have a great connection." In fact, Aly has so much fun on the show, she barely thinks of it as a competition!

How far will Aly and Mark's connection get them? Only time will tell. Luckily for them though, it won't hinge on Mark's ability to do a cartwheel.
