After making waves on The Bachelor this winter, Sean Lowe moved on to Dancing with The Stars where, with help from his partner Peta Murgatroyd, he is now turning heads with a string of under-the-radar dance performances. But through this constant barrage of exposure and reality TV appearances, Sean has realized one crucial truth about himself and something he hates profoundly about the entire process.

It's not the rumors.

It's not the lack of privacy.

It's not even the scrutiny that comes with the territory.

For Sean, it's the weight loss.

Recently, when a reporter commented about Sean's visible weight-loss, the Dancing star retorted, "That's the easiest way to get into my head."

Apparently Sean is unlike most of the rest of the world in how he perceives weight-loss.

"Yes, I have lost weight. But as a man who likes to work out I hate hearing that. But thank you for bringing that to my attention. I’m just kidding. We’re doing eight hours of cardio a day and I’m not working out so, yeah, I’m losing weight. But once this is all over I’ll get back in the gym and hopefully I’ll put it back on."

Sean also revealed that his fiancee, Catherine Giudici likes the new look although that shouldn't really come as any kind of surprise.

"She likes it. She does. She’s supportive no matter what I wear or what I look like. I think she’s really digging this velvet suit with the gold rhinestones (Sean's costume for Monday's performance). This is definitely coming out tonight."

Hopefully, Sean can find a way to power through all that weight-loss and find a way to be happy until he can go back to beefing up in the weight room.
