William Levy and Cheryl Burke weren’t devastated to lose Dancing With the Stars Season 14, but William’s 6-year-old son took it pretty hard.

Last night, when Team Fuego was declared third, DWTS co-host Brooke Burke-Charvet asked how proud William was to have made it to the finale on this competitive season. “It was an amazing experience,” William said after being eliminated. “I thank you guys for all you have done for us. I’m going to miss all of you, I’m going to miss all of you guys, I love you!”

Earlier in the show, we saw William’s adorable son Christopher saying he loved his dad and wanted him to win. When William lost, Christopher was in the audience, visibly distraught.

As William tweeted after the show, “My son was crying for like an hour ;-((( ... I was happy in a way because that means he is a competitive and has a big hart.”

The next day, William, Cheryl and the finalists were all together on Good Morning America. "Everything was so great, man,” William said. “Being in this situation of my life, sharing time with all these great people here. It was so great. You know, sharing it with the fans too. I had a blast with the judges too. They were so great the whole time."

Lara Spencer of GMA brought up how sad William’s son was after the loss. "Oh man!” William said. “He cried for like an hour. And I was just like, I couldn't find words to tell him. He kept crying. I was like it's all right. It's all right."

On GMA they showed another clip of Christopher saying, "Daddy I love you, you're my winner. You're number one!" So cute! Daddy looked like he was going to tear up. So he’s definitely a winner, no matter what.
