It's hunky DWTS dancer, Maksim Chmerkovskiy. The Season 15 All-Stars pro was spotted sipping on a health green drink while dining with a friend at Urth Cafe in West Hollywood yesterday (November 6). DWTS didn't air last night due to the election, so it looks like Maks got lots of rest, relaxation, and nutrients in during his day off!
