The Dancing With the Stars dance pro was spotted enjoying a Hawaiian vacation with an unidentified female friend (who bore a striking resemblance to his sis Julianne Hough — maybe she’s a relative?) at a beach over the weekend. Derek showed off his smokin’ body as he stripped down to board shorts and took a dip in the ocean with his friend.
