Season 14: Week 9 Performance

On last night’s Dancing With the Stars Season 14 Semifinals (Season 14, Week 9: Performance), Maria Menounos looked like she was shaking and trembling after her first dance with pro partner Derek Hough.

While waiting for the judges’ comments, she had to say, “What?” twice, because she was filled with so much nervous energy. So how did she even get through the evening?

Oh, you already knew? Considering judge Len Goodman can’t even agree with himself for more than a week at a time, it’s probably obvious to everyone.

Tonight, May 15, Dancing With the Stars will eliminate one last contestant before the Season 14 Finals.

While we think the judges sometimes went overboard with the super-high scores this season, there's no question that Donald Driver, Maria Menounos, Katherine Jenkins, and William Levy are all outstanding competitors. It's been a good season, and we have a great final four.

Dancing With the Stars Season 14 has so far proven to be one of the most impressive DWTS seasons since the show’s beginning. The judges, host Tom Bergeron, and the dance pros have all remarked on the talent level of this year’s cast being at an all-time high. That said, why do the judges keep giving out such high scores to just about everybody?
