On June 17, Team Blake Shelton‘s singer Danielle Bradbery belted out “Born to Fly” by Sara Evans on The Voice 2013 finale. Blake chose the song for Danielle, as it would be the first time we’d hear the teenager sing a full-length uptempo song.
Quickly, coach Usher said that it was an obvious choice for Danielle to go with Blake and that she’s a special person. Adam Levine said that the singer’s “perfection is a bit boring,” as he can’t criticize her sound. He went on to say that she was amazing.
Finally, Blake said that he “thanked God” for Danielle coming on to the voice, and that she has him (like millions of others) wrapped around her finger — he has nothing else to say but that she’s great.
