It seems like people just aren’t willing to let that whole eyebrow waxing thing go. Farrah Abraham started a bit of a media firestorm back in January when she tweeted that she had waxed her daughter Sophia’s eyebrows. Now, Farrah is appearing on Monday’s episode of Bethenny — and based on a preview clip — the show’s audience members bring the whole thing up again.
After lamenting that her “little, adorable, most cuddle-able cutie, baby girl,” who was at the time just three years old, had a unibrow, Farrah relayed that she had taken matters into her own hands and brought out the wax.
"I tried to wax her, the second a dab hit the Uni, she touch it with the towel she had in her hand," she wrote at the time. "So now Sophia was freaking out, so I had to act like it was a cool science project to get the wax off."
Plenty of people criticized Farrah for using wax on a girl so young, but the former Teen Mom consistently defended her choice.
During Bethenny’s show, which will air on Monday, October 28, an audience member questions Farrah once again about why she did it.
Farrah maintained that she did it all in her daughter’s best interest. “After that whole situation in the media, I actually got a lot of fan mail from girls who were younger, who did have unibrows and they only wished that their moms would have helped them.”
Another audience member wasn’t having anything of it. “My head is going to pop off, I swear! That is crazy. You’re making a little girl believe that without you plucking her eyebrows, she won’t have pretty pictures. She’s four. She’s beautiful.”
Farrah did not like what she was implying. “Actually, I didn’t. It’s not even pictures and it’s not that I’m telling my daughter she’s not beautiful and to be honest with you, she was sleeping.”
The woman’s response: “Oh, my God. So that makes it better?!”
