As anybody who watched Desiree Hartsock’s Season 9 of The Bachelorette can attest to, the girl has a bangin’ body. Flat abs, a perky bum, incredible legs… It’s terrifying how hot her figure is. In fact, if we started a girl gang (you know, the good kind, that fights bad guys), we would totally draft her in the first round. Mostly because she looks like if she needed to, she could kick our butts.

And now, she wants to kick yours, too. Well, figuratively speaking. Des and Season 16 runner-up Lindzi Cox are partnering with a local barre studio called The Bar Method Seattle-Eastside for a six-month program “challenging women to transform their lives and feel their very best.”

Fans of Catherine Giudici may remember that she and Lindzi (geeze, does that girl ever rest?) did a similar thing in March, and we’re sure the results were amazing. But when you start with someone as hot as these ladies, it’s hard to see any real improvement.

For this round, participants sign up to take 20 barre classes every month for six months, and they can win prizes like beauty treatments, makeovers, and girls’ nights out. While that sounds really nice and all, that seems like a lot. So, if you guys want to sign up, and you need someone to eat all the pizza you won’t be consuming, we’ve got you covered.
