The Bachelor Season 17 sweethearts Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici recently announced that they’re getting married on January 26, 2014, and we couldn’t be more excited. But while we’re preparing for their wedding — on television, that is — Desiree Hartsock might need to make some travel plans soon if she and Bachelorette Season 9 love Chris Siegfried are going to attend the ceremony.
Wetpaint Entertainment caught up with the beautiful Des on October 24 at the ULTA Beauty Kiss Kart, where she was helping to raise money for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation at Seattle’s Westlake Plaza, to dish about the big party.
The big question on our minds: Will she and Chris be sitting in the crowd when Sean and Catherine say “I Do”? After all, sources recently told Wetpaint that at least one of his exes is not invited — Emily Maynard. But for Des, it’s likely a different story, since both have found their happily ever after.
“We haven’t been invited yet,” Des tells Wetpaint, “but if we are then we will definitely support them and go.” Spoken like a true class act. Indeed, Des and Sean had such a great connection on The Bachelor, we all felt like crying when he broke things off. But it has truly proven to be for the best, as she and fiancé Chris have settled in to Seattle.
Des is less sure about what she’ll get the happy couple as a wedding present. “Oh my gosh, a gift… I have to think about that, but I like to give personal gifts.” Perhaps the pair could write SeanCat a poem? They just released their poetry book, Diamonds and Hearts, and are likely on a roll.
