Bachelorette 2013: Did Jimmy Kimmel Accurately Predict Desiree’s Pick?

Jimmy Kimmel is known for many things: Being the less-douchey half of The Man Show, dating Sarah Silverman and having a hilarious video feud which resulted in the magical “I’m F*cking Ben Affleck,” and accurately predicting, um, all of the Bachelor and Bachelorette winners.

In Season 16, Jimmy predicted that Ben Flajnik would pick Courtney Robertson. Win. In Season 17, he predicted that Sean Lowe would pick Catherine Guidici (winner winner...). He told Ashley Hebert to pick J.P. Rosenbaum. He guessed Emily Maynard was super close with Jef Holm... Basically, the man is a genius (yes, Jimmy, we bow down to your magic).

And while we can’t prove that Jimmy wasn’t getting insider tips about who the winner really is — he does work for ABC, after all — we’re impressed at his track record. On May 21, Jimmy had Desiree Hartsock as a guest on his show, in preparation for her Season 9, which begins on May 27.

Jimmy instantly dismissed Chris Siegfried (his favorite snack is almonds? Hard pass), Robert "Bobby" Graham (entrepreneur? Nope), and Nick Roy (who Des totally spoils that she didn’t pick). So, who did he choose as her final three? Drew Kenney, who Jimmy says looks like Sean and has an alcoholic father, second was Mike Garofola, who he says has a “great friendship with” right from the beginning.

But his pick for her winner? Brooks Forester. So, was he right? Check out Bachelorette spoilers for Des’ final four and (drumroll please) her winner, and then tune in on May 27 to see how it all plays out. We’ll admit it: Who she picks only matters a little bit — It’s the drama during the show that keeps us coming back for more.
