We’re getting down to the wire with Season 3 of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta and it looks like most of the cast members are either shackin’ up or breaking up. And the latter option might just be the case for star Karlie Redd and her on-again, off-again boytoy, Atlanta rapper Yung Joc.
This season, we watched as Karlie’s relationship with Yung took a serious nose dive after the rapper admitted to cheating on Karlie with his friend, Khadiyah. On-screen, the two agreed to try and make things work, but were they able to put it all behind them? We don’t think that’s likely.
In a recent interview with Karlie for Hip Hop Enquirer, Karlie was called out for having pretty harsh words for her main squeeze. Without spilling too many beans, Karlie dished, “I feel used. I mean, he’s a “has been” and I’m… in a movie with Chris Rock! You know, I’m on Love & Hip Hop. And it’s a shame what people have to do these days to get on.”
Is Karlie insinuating that Yung only dated her to get on the show? Not so much. The reality personality said the two were genuinely dating, but things changed and not for the better.
“What happened in the interim of things, that’s something you guys have to follow but the result of this, I would say it’s a shame what people have to do to get where they want to get. I feel used.”
So have the two called it quits? Word around town is Karlie may be making moves on yet another rapper, Young Chief, with whom she’s been photographed looking especially cozy.
Have Karile and Joc split? Did she move on to a new man? Come on, reunion show! We can’t wait any longer for the answers!
A new episode of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Season 3 airs Monday, July 14, at 8 p.m. ET on VH1.
