Right now, we’re guessing that the last thing from Evelyn Lozada’s mind is starring on a reality show. The reality star had a whirlwind year following her acrimonious split from Chad Ochocinco, she got engaged to Carl Crawford and is now expecting a new bundle of joy at the end of this month. But could we see Ev back on TV? Her Basketball Wives co-star Tami Roman says it’s a definite possibility.
Tami did an interview with The Chicago Tribune recently, where she hashed out everything from her time on MTV’s Real World, to whether there will be a sixth season of BW. While she says that there is a contract binding all of the original stars to a new season, she doesn’t really see it happening anytime soon — especially due to Ev’s life situation.
“Evelyn Lozada is a mommy now,” Tami says. That part of her life may not necessarily work with the Basketball Wives format.”
But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have her own show on the way, the basketball wife hints. “Potentially, she might have a spinoff in the works.”
Whoa! Way to slip in some juicy dirt there, Tami! Though she doesn’t go on to elaborate, that certainly sounds like its a real possibility — and we’re not totally surprised. Evelyn’s been leading a very fascinating life recently — even more so than when she actually was on the VH1 reality show. Somebody needs to get that on tape!
But for now, let’s just focus on that new baby boy. Pray tell, when will we meet him?
