New ‘RHONJ’ Star Dolores Catania’s Ex-Husband’s Drug Past Revealed!
This Real Housewives of New Jersey newbie will likely be guarding a dark past this season.
It’s been revealed that Dolores Catania, who will be joining the fold come Season 7 when it premieres July 10, has an ex-husband whose drug history might be brought up on the show.
Frank Catania Jr. was arrested in May 1988 and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, according to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.
The reality star’s ex-husband — with whom she shares two children — pleaded guilty to the crimes in November 1989 and was sentenced to three years probation in April 1990.
During this probation, Frank had to submit himself for urine testing, attend an outpatient drug rehab program, and go six months with a suspended driver’s license.
In addition, he had to pay just over $1K in fines and late fees.
According to Dolores’s bio on Bravo’s website, “she and her ex-husband and business partner, Frank, maintain a close friendship.”
Looks like we might be seeing these two showcase their post-divorce dynamic on national TV.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 7 premieres Sunday, July 10, at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
