Kyle Richards Drops Seven Pounds — How Did She Lose Weight?

Kyle Richards looks pretty damn good for her age. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, who turns 45 tomorrow (January 11), has just spilled her latest slimdown secret with Life & Style — and you’re definitely going to want to take note!

“I eat almost no sugar,” the reality star revealed. “I’ve lost about seven pounds since last season.” Wow, that’s an intense diet, but the mother of four does seem to be getting the results she wants — though we thought she looked great even before dropping these few pounds. Maybe the other girls are jealous of her rockin’ bod?

Kyle revealed she has always struggled to stay as trim as she would like, but has since found that cutting out sugar, as well as carbs, has helped her achieve her goddess-like body.

“I’m only 5-foot-2, with big boobs and a butt, so it shows! I feel confident about my body now,” Kyle told the mag. “I don’t hide it behind a towel in a bathing suit.” We know, girl, you went skinny dipping earlier this season!
