The Miami Heat b'baller's attorney says that it's not his fault — he claims that Dwyane's ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches, got the house (and its mortgage) along with a "huge payout" when their divorce was settled in 2010. According to the attorney, Siohvaughn is the one stopped paying.
Dwyane and Siohvaughn, who were high school sweethearts, married in 2002 but filed for divorce in 2007. They have two sons together, Zaire-Blessing Dwyane, 12, and Zion Malachi Airamis, 7.
The 7,800-square-foot house — located in the Chicago suburb South Holland — boasts six bedrooms, a basketball court, and three acres of land.
