The Real Estalker touts that the buyers of a blue-hued Malibu home that sold for just under $6.4 million are none other than the 44-year-old and her husband, Chris Ivery.
The 2,130 sq. ft. house — built in 1980 — boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house and one bed and one bath in a detached guest suite. It also features stone floors, a large swimming pool, a spa, a fire pit, a covered porch, and a remodeled kitchen.
And just like Meredith's house, this one sports a helluva view — with an expansive panorama of the Pacific.
It's also worth a lot more now than it was 15 years ago, when it was last sold… for the paltry sum of $546,000.
And here's the funny part — Ellen and Chris reportedly bought the place from Marta Kauffman, the co-creator of Friends, and husband Michael Skloff, a composer who helped write the Friends theme song.
Ellen guest-starred on Friends in 2004, playing a college classmate of Ross and Chandler whom they both crushed on.
Maybe Ellen still has Friends in high places… like the seaside cliffs of Malibu!
