Miley Cyrus Gets Emergency Restraining Order Against Fan — Report
Just a reminder, when Miley Cyrus sings "Adore," she's not saying she adores you specifically.
These details can get lost on troubled minds, and TMZ said Miley just got an emergency restraining order against a "delusional" fan who allegedly vowed not to stop hunting her down until she "accepts him or he dies."
The fan was reportedly arrested on May 16 by the L.A. Police Department's Threat Management Unit. Court docs obtained by TMZ show he told officers that Miley was speaking to him through the radio, and he hears screaming voices in his head. He added that he heard Miley say she "adores" him in her song, and he said the cops should shoot him in the head if he can't meet Miley.
This poor guy. In all seriousness, he's clearly suffering from bigger issues than Miley fever, but he's also potentially dangerous, so he was placed on a 5150 (involuntary psychiatric) hold. As of this past week he was still at a mental health facility, and — whenever he's released — he has to stay 100 yards away from Miley. But if he really “loves” her to this extreme level ... how realistic is it to think he'll just leave her alone?
This is the scary downside to superstardom, people!
