Remember when Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada pledged to lose all of her baby weight in just two months after giving birth, and everyone was like “that’s not possible” and “she can’t possibly do that”? Well, it’s totally possible and Ev has really done it — well, almost.

That’s right, in the seven weeks since the reality star had her son, Carl Leo, she has lost a whopping 30 pounds of the 42 she gained during the pregnancy! In other words, in the amount of time since some of us last hit the gym, Ev has dropped to just 12 pounds away from her pre-pregnancy weight.

"I'm proud of where I'm at so far," the 38-year-old tells ABC News. "My body feels like it's almost back to normal."

So how did she do it? Evelyn touts the weight loss supplement youthH20 — she’s their spokesperson — and clean living. For instance, she often sticks to oatmeal or egg whites for breakfast, dines on fish and veggies in the afternoon, and throws in some protein shakes in between meals.

But it’s not all about the diet for the future Mrs. Carl Crawford. "I also work out three to four times a week," Evelyn admits. "I have been sleep deprived lately and going to the gym can be hectic when you have no time in your schedule. But, on the days that I do have a moment, I do a ton of cardio, weight training — which I love — and hiking."

Although Ev has worked hard to get her body back, that doesn’t deter her from maybe having another child. She tells ABC she and Carl are already thinking about a little brother or sister for Carl Leo. But for now, she’s just happy with her millionaire fiancé and brand-new son.

"Carl is a wonderful father and awesome fiancé who has been by my side the entire time," she says. "He is so excited about baby Carl Leo. You should see them together!"
