Here Comes Honey Boo Boo’s Family Vacation Ends With Three Hospitalizations — Yikes!

While Here Comes Honey Boo Boo’s Alana Thompson and the rest of her redneck-and-proud family are perfectly content in their hometown of McIntier, Georgia, there is one other place the reality TV clan loves to go: Disney World. And while usually the Florida-based theme park is touted as the happiest place on earth, what happened this holiday season was more of a nightmare for Mama June, Sugar Bear, and the girls.

June surprised her family with a trip to Disney for Christmas, after the selfless young ladies opted to forgo their presents and helped to raise money for families in need in their hometown. What a sweet idea, right?

Unfortunately, it wasn’t all cotton candy and Splash Mountain for Alana and her clan. By December 27, Sugar Bear, Jessica, and family friend Bobbie all wound up in the hospital, suffering with a sinus infection, bronchitis, and the H1N1 virus, respectively. Yes, that’s swine flu — yikes!

"Well half way home this has been the craziness and worst vacation we have been on it was great the first two days then Friday night it all changed Bobbie sugarbear and Jessica ended up in the hospital from the parks," June wrote on December 30, while traveling back to Georgia. Bobbie stayed behind to recover in the hospital.

Not a great way to start out 2014! We hope the whole Honey Boo Boo clan is resting up and feeling better.

Here Comes Honey Boo Boo premieres Thursday, January 16 at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.

Send your well wishes to Alana and her family in the comments below.
