Farrah Abraham to Plead Guilty in DUI Case to Avoid Prison Time
Former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham won't be serving any jail time for a DUI she obtained back in March — that is, assuming the judge approves a plea deal she struck with prosecutors.
An official at the Douglas County D.A.'s office says Farrah won't serve any time behind bars because she has agreed to plead guilty in exchange for probation instead of jail. She was slapped with the DUI in Nebraska back in March after blowing a .147 — nearly twice the legal limit.
In addition to the probation, prosecutors will ask the judge to suspend Farrah's driving privileges and order her to pay $500 in fines. The remaining charges against Farrah — the disorderly conduct and refusing to take a field sobriety test — will be dropped.
Good thing other drunk drivers aren't treated this well. Somehow Farrah caught a lucky break.
