Farrah Abraham has a pretty busy schedule being The World's Most Perfect Person, but she managed to carve time between blinding us with her bikini body and modeling her lady parts to go under the knife. Again. Because honestly, who doesn't want to spend thousands surgically altering their body?
This time, Farah opted to remove her infamous chin implant, a simple procedure that was done in about 15 minutes.
“Yes, it’s true,” Farrah's doctor, Bal Harbour plastic surgeon Michael Salzhauer, tells RadarOnline.com. “We had been emailing back and forth that she was uncomfortable with the size of the chin implant. It was the smallest implant they make, so she just wanted to take it out.”
Apparently, Farrah opted to remove her implant because her mom and dad was iffy about it (join the club!).
“She’d been getting some flack from her mom and dad,” Michael says. “Look, a lot of times, especially when people are aware that you’ve had plastic surgery, people get self conscious about it. I don’t think she was unhappy, she just decided to take it out. That’s one of the good things about chin implants; unlike nose jobs, they’re reversible.”
Michael says Farrah's "super happy" with her new (er, old) chin, and that she doesn't deserve her bad rap.
“Farrah’s a nice girl,” he says. “She gets a lot of stuff, but she’s not a monster. She’s just a single mom trying to be famous! Farrah says she’s going to do a new show and go back to school. She’s doing great.”
Good to know Farrah's going back to school! We can only assume she's getting a PhD in the Art of Being Flawless.
