This week's episode of VH1's Couples Therapy was more than a little emotional for delicate flower/future nun, Farrah Abraham. After weeks of one-on-one therapy with Dr. Jenn Berman, Farrah finally had a chance to sit down with her mom, Debra Danielson, and talk through their issues — namely the fact that Debra was physically abusive toward Farrah.

Unfortunately, Debra wasn't exactly willing to see Farrah's side of story, and stuck to her guns throughout most of their family therapy session. It must have been extremely frustrating for poor Farrah to have to listen to her mom make herself the victim, and she took it to Keek for some post-episode musings.

"Tonight's episode of Couples Therapy was intense to say the least," she said. "I really have taken the acknowledgement that my mom is how she is and I will never be able to change that."

Luckily, Farrah no longer lives at home with her mom in Council Bluffs, so they're able to get some much-needed space from one another. Then again, Farrah and Debra have maintained a pretty decent relationship (despite their dramatic history), and Deb is extremely close to Farrah's adorable daughter, Sophia.

Hopefully, Debra and Farrah will continue to seek out family therapy in order to work through some of their issues. It would be helpful if Debra could at least take responsibility for her violent behavior towards Farrah!

Do you think our lovely Teen Mom should forgive her mom and move on, or do you think she should ask Debra to continue therapy? Hit the comments.
