Teen Mom's Farrah Abraham is on a spiritual and emotional journey, you guys. It all started when she enlisted the help of Couples Therapy host Dr. Jenn Berman, who worked one-on-one with the notorious reality star to find out why she always ends up alone. During last night's season finale, Farrah exhibited enormous growth during a blind date from hell, which makes us wonder… has Couples Therapy changed Farrah for the better?

That's the question we asked viewers last night when Wetpaint teamed up with Viggle. Much to our surprise, only 22 percent of Viggle LIVE! users thought Farrah was a changed woman, while over 77 percent were a bit more skeptical.

When Wetpaint caught up with Farrah for an exclusive interview at Pacha's Super Bowl tailgate party last month, the 22-year-old mom insisted that she's in a better place thanks to her participation in the VH1 series.

"I'm more comfortable because I've done a lot of work," she dished. "Like, how can I be comfortable with some of the choices that I've made? And I think I am more comfortable, in a better place. I just say keep progressing, keep learning from your past, watch yourself back. When you watch yourself back you learn a lot."

And when it comes to dating, not only is Farrah still following Dr. Jenn's advice, but she's also taken a vow of celibacy.

"I'm waiting," she said. "Dr. Jenn told me to wait about six months and I feel like whether I wait six months or I wait five years, I'm going to just wait for the right person."
