Have you heard the news? Farrah Abraham and her world famous backdoor are getting off scot-free (well, almost), despite being arrested for drunk driving on St. Patrick's Day! It's a leprechaun-tastic miracle, guys!
Turns out Farrah will avoid jail time for her misdemeanor thanks to entering a plea deal, but girlfriend is definitely being reprimanded for her actions. Farrah will most likely be sentenced to a strict probation, and it looks like Omaha City Prosecutor, David Smalheiser, is taking the case pretty seriously.
Not only does David want Farrah to fork over a $500 fine (which is nothing since girlfriend was just paid $1.5 million for Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom), he's pushing for a revocation of her license. Oh, and he wants an ignition interlock device to be in her car at all times once said license is returned, which means Farrah won't be able to drive unless she's 100 percent sober!
A judge won't decide on the specifics of Farrah's probation until her hearing on June 20, but according to RumorFix both Farrah and her attorney are pleased with the terms.
We're thrilled that Farrah isn't heading into the slammer, but do you think she's getting off too easy? After all, drunk driving is a serious offense and Farrah could have injured someone! Make sure to check back in with Wetpaint Entertainment for the results of Farrah's June 20 court hearing.
Do you think the terms of Farrah’s probation are lenient or are they too harsh? Dish your thoughts in the comments
