It's a Christmas miracle, you guys. Former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham will make her triumphant return to the small screen this January! That is, according to her doting dad, Michael Abraham.
On November 11, the 22-year-old reality starlet posted a screenshot of her dear old daddy-o's latest Facebook post which reads, "Leaving LA with Sophia my granddaughter after filming with her mommy Farrah and Granmom Farrah … Yes we will be on a show (season) that will be aired around January time frame … With lots of surprises!!! Hope a will enjoy and yes you won't believe it … Everyone take it easy!"
Farrah dished exclusively to Wetpaint Entertainment about her new TV venture back in September, saying, "OK, yeah, I am filming for a show and it's pretty exciting because I said no to a number of production companies and I think I found one that gets who I am and that I want to give something more than just family time, or whatever. I want to give something educational, cultural, so people can really see what my life is about and what I want to change about it and how great of a person I really try to be."
When we asked if the show follows her day-to-day, Farrah responded in true diva fashion: "I don't have a day-to-day." Alright then.
Farrah's show has been a long time in the making. Rumors started surfacing about a spin-off within a few weeks of her now-infamous sex tape (read: porn flick) with adult film star James Deen, which she shot back in April. Farrah was initially working with a New York City-based production company called Spinboi Films on a docu-series called Finding Farrah (alliteration, you guys), but that project ended before it even started.
But it seems like Farrah finally got the happy ending she wanted and we couldn't be happier for her. It's just like they say — when one (back)door closes, another one opens.
Will you watch Farrah's new show when it airs in January? Dish it below, Teen Mom junkies.
