Father Supports Son Dressing as ‘Frozen’s Elsa For Halloween
Dads, the bar has just been raised. A Virginia man's photo of his three-year-old son dressed up as Elsa from Frozen has gone viral this week, and the reason why is absolutely adorable.
Paul Henson didn't freak out when his son Caiden wanted to be Elsa for Halloween, he did what any good parent should do in that situation: He supported his child. Paul shared the photo of Caiden in costume to his Facebook page on October 4, and it's since taken off with over 28,000 shares as of this writing.
"Anyone that knows us, knows we generally let Caiden make his own choices, to an extent," Paul writes alongside the photo. "Well, he has decided on a Halloween costume. He wants to be Elsa. He also wants me to be Anna. Game on."
"Keep your masculine bulls—t and slutty kids costumes, Halloween is about children pretending to be their favorite characters," Paul continues. "Just so happens, this week his is a princess."
FIrst of all, kudos to Paul for supporting his kid's Halloween decision — we think the little guy makes a great Elsa. And secondly, can we get the phrase, "Just so happens, this week his is a princess" on a T-Shirt, like, now?
